Vishal’s hat-trick spell on the roll

It took ten years for the actor to strike back with a bang. His choice of movies and banking hopes on many filmmakers has taken him a loop of up-and-down career graph. But he made a decorous decision of letting no things loose and launched his own production house. The film first under his banner – Vishal Film Factory titled ‘Pandiya Nadu’ turned to be a super hit movie fetching the best reviews and critical acclaim. Apparently, his recent release ‘Naan Sigappu Manithan’ directed by Thiru became a surprise winner at box office for its compelling theme and mind-boggling performance of actors. Churning out a couple of hits back-to-back as an actor and producer, he is on the verge of completing his hat-trick spell with ‘Poojai’, a film directed by Hari. The film went on floors recently and is scheduled for Diwali release. ‘Poojai’ isn’t just a commercial entertainer, but carries an unparalleled plot laced with surprises and action sequences. Shruthi Haasan stars opposite Vishal in female lead and has an ensemble star-cast of Sathyaraj, Radhika, Soori and many others as well.
